Any Participating Club that withdraws from the Competition before it has commenced
shall be fined:
5.3.1. up to thirty (30) days before its first Match: at least USD10,000;
5.3.2. less than thirty (30) days before its first Match: at least USD20,000.

3月1日の30日前までに辞退すれば少なくとも罰金はありません。
